The Armonico Line is the emblem of an ongoing commitment to the selection of
soils within the Belìce Valley and the cultivars best suited to its extraordinary
micro-climatic context. A line that pursues maximum wholesomeness for the consumer
and respect for the environment, the latter attested by the Organic and D.O.P. certifications.
The production line offers a varied and "harmonious" panorama of Vegan Ok certified products.

Monocultivar Nocellara del Belìce
The exploit of the most authentic flavor of Nocellara del Belìce lies in the oil of the same name in the Armonico line, in which the monocultivar is the protagonist.
Respectful of its original organoleptic structure, hand-harvesting and cold extraction pave the way for storage and bottling, all designed not to lose anything in flavor and fragrance from the freshly harvested drupes.

Tricultivar
The virtuoso meeting of the three tastiest cultivars in the Trapani area. Biancolilla, Cerasuola and Nocellara are worked together to amalgamate the aromas, seeking a balance that stands out on the palate as a symphony of notes perfectly in harmony with each other.
The final taste is light and fresh, suitable for those who appreciate the balance of flavors.

D.O.P. Valle del Belìce
Among the oldest of the Belìce Valley’s indigenous olive varieties, Nocellara has held the PDO protected designation of origin since 1998.
Characterized by its large size and high-medium yield, it is the raw material of choice for Armonico oil: its very low acidity level and high amount of polyphenols ensure a pure and pleasant flavor.

D.O.P. Monti Iblei - Val Tellaro
In the extreme south of Sicily at an altitude of 300 meters, the moresca, an indigenous cultivar of the Monti Iblei and the protagonist of Geraci D.O.P. Val Tellaro olive oil, ripens.
