Sicilian Bruschetta Geraci

The preparation includes both green and black olives among the ingredients, as well as garlic, parsley and chili pepper, which imparts a slight spiciness.
The oil is produced from Nocellara del Belìce olives, hand-picked, with cold extraction and storage in steel silos under nitrogen.
An excellent condiment for toasted bread bruschetta; when warm, it is a ready-made sauce for pasta or for cooking meat and fish.
